Products entered in this program are judged by an expert panel of independent industrial designers, engineers and members of the media to honor outstanding design and engineering in cutting edge consumer electronics products across 32 product categories.

InstaPrevue technology provides the first-ever, live picture-in-picture preview of every HDMI^® input connected to a digital television (DTV) or A/V receiver (AVR), allowing users to view and select the live preview window to switch between their Blu-ray Disc™ player, DVD player, game console, or other HDMI-connected device. With InstaPrevue technology, consumers no longer need to cycle through inputs or navigate text-based menus (i.e., HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, etc.) to switch between source devices.
