Cooper Lighting and Rambus Sign License Agreement to Provide Innovative, LED-Based Lighting Solutions

Agreement covers Rambus' patented innovations for edge-lit lighting solutions

(NASDAQ: RMBS), one of the world's premier technology licensing companies, today announced they have signed a licensing agreement for the use of Rambus' patented lighting innovations. Cooper will focus on creating LED-based lighting fixtures for commercial, industrial and utility markets.
