QuickLogic Corporation Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- Mar 10, 2016 -- QuickLogic® Corporation (NASDAQ: QUIK), a developer of ultra-low power programmable sensor processing, display bridge, and programmable logic solutions, today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, newly issued shares of common stock, $0.001 par value (the "Offering" with such shares being the "Shares") in an underwritten public offering under an effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The final terms of the Offering will depend on market and other conditions at the time of pricing.

The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Company may also use a portion of the net proceeds to acquire and/or license technologies and acquire and/or invest in businesses when the opportunity arises; however, the Company currently has no commitments or agreements and is not involved in any negotiations with respect to any such transactions.
