Signature Devices, Inc. Unveils Open Source Video Game Development Engine During World's Largest Game Developers Conference

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Signature Devices, Inc. (PinkSheets: SDVI) is pleased to announce that the Company has unveiled its open source video game development engine, known as Elemental Engine II at this years Game Developers Conference (GDC). The show started yesterday and runs through Friday, February 22, 2008 in San Francisco, California. Signature Devices is currently exhibiting in the north hall of the Mascone Center at booth #6449. Signature Devices, Inc. is showcasing the Elemental Engine II in the booth.

Elemental Engine II covers all video game development features, such as 3D rendering, 3D audio, graphical user interface (GUI) design, built in networking capabilities including multiplayer online games with tournaments and statistics, artificial intelligence using hierarchal state machines and LUA scripting, particle system, physics. Elemental Engine II will be available for free through the Company's website. Elemental Engine II is a free open source gaming engine and is fully capable of working with the next generation of consoles. Elemental Engine II also includes a full open source editor capable of editing and creating 3D video game worlds in real time.

The GDC is the world's largest professionals-only game industry event. The conference attracts over 16,000 attendees and is the primary forum where programmers, artists, producers, game designers, audio professionals, business decision-makers and others involved in the development of interactive games gather to exchange ideas and shape the future of the industry.
