Kilopass Recruits Bruce Batemanfor Development of the Next-Generation Memory

Master Innovator and Circuit Designerto Expand Kilopass’ Product Offering Portfolio

Santa Clara, Calif.––September 9, 2014 –– Kilopass Technology Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), today announced the appointment of Bruce Bateman as its Engineering Fellow to joininnovation efforts for the next new alternate memory.

At T-RAM Semiconductor, Inc., he was team director for the design and development of SRAM chips and he wasa key contributor on Metal-Oxide RAM development at Rambus,” said Kilopass Senior Vice President of R&D, Harry Luan. “Bruce has over 14 breakthrough patents in memory, circuit design, and improving processor performance. We are very pleased to have Bruce join our team as we pioneer the next generation memory.”
