Dr. Meyerson's impact on semiconductor and high performance communications technology is immeasurable. After joining IBM Research in 1980, he founded and led the highly successful Analog and Mixed Signal business, ultimately leading IBM's global semiconductor development. In his current role as Chief Innovation Officer, Dr. Meyerson is responsible for the definition and execution of corporate-wide technical and business initiatives.

In addition, Dr. Meyerson is a Fellow of the American Physical Society, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and a member of the United States National Academy of Engineering. He has won numerous technical and business awards over the years for his significant contributions to the industry and excellence in scientific, engineering, and business leadership. Most recently, Singapore's President honored Dr. Meyerson for his service to the nation with the 2014 Public Service Medal.
