Aylesbury, February 15th, 2011 - Esri UK, the country’s leading provider of geographic information systems (GIS) technology, has appointed three new General Managers to lead three of the company’s strategic business practices.
Stephen Leece becomes General Manager for the Local and Central Government practice. He has also worked with Swiss Post, QinetiQ, Raytheon and LexisNexis International.
Peter Mingins becomes General Manager for the Utilities and Telecoms practice, an area of highly anticipated growth for GIS and Esri UK.
