To date, 1T-SRAM embedded memory technology at MoSys licensees has passed 20 million units currently in production. These shipped devices represent a total of over one billion megabits (1,000,000,000,000,000 bits) of 1T-SRAM embedded memory now in use by licensees and their customers.
Also from MoSys: the company said that F. Judson Mitchell, CFO and Secretary, is retiring in June 2002. Mitchell has been with MoSys since July 2000 and was instrumental in positioning the company for its initial public offering, which was completed in July 2001. Mark Voll will be named new CFO and will join MoSys in June 2002. Voll previously held the position of CFO with MoSys from March 1998 to June 2000. He returns to MoSys from Axis Systems where he has served as CFO since June 2000.
