Stuttgart/Germany where he also did his PhD (Dr.-Ing.) In 1984 he joined HP, working in Boeblingen Instruments Division, fiber optics division.He then changed to HP Application Engineering in 1989, supporting Semiconductor Test Systems and the (at that time just introduced) modeling software IC-CAP.Since then he has been providing the technical support for IC-CAP in all of Europe. The Presenter:Shuang Cai Shuang Cai got his Master degree in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He started his career as software R&D Engineer with Accelicon, which is acquired by Agilent in 2012, in Beijing, China in 2006. After he worked for 3 years as a software engineer, Shuang Cai took up a Technical Support Engineer role in Accelicon.
