Hi~

I would like to ask your guys some doubts about Viper12A.Well,this is Viper 12A's PDF.

As the following ciruit shows, the stabilivolt is 16V and the input is 310V. The another port of stabilivolt is 53V and the output is 38.7V.  If the input is 50V, the voltage of capacitor, diode and two ports is about 45V.What’s the reason?
