The interview is a dialogue and an exam. You need to show correctly your knowledge and skills. You need to show that you are the best candidate for office

Interview in its genre is the least reminiscent of an exam. Interview questions are not always answered by the only correct answer to every question, which the examiner knows for sure. The interview is a conversation of equal people, each of which has its own position. Success in the interview depends not on the ability to calculate the right answers, but on how confident you will behave and show your ability to conduct a dialogue. You may also be asked about your failures. Don't be alarmed. For the employer, it is important not just to list the situations in which you have failed. The important thing is that you understand and appreciate the situation where there was failure and are able to discuss it. To feel confident at the interview you can take a training interview https://mrsimon.ai/your-key-selling-points-for-job-interview/ where all the main questions from real-world interviews are collected

Finding a job for many is an issue relevant. it is especially difficult to look for those over 40 years old. they have experience, knowledge. But when they come to the interview they get lost. I don't know why this happens.
