To send and receive e-mail, you will need an e-mail account. If the email equivalent of a letter thinks your email account is the address, people need to mail it. How to recover an email account
1.Go to the password assistant. Google this page:
2.Click on I have other issues signing in and enter your email address. Click on continue
3.Enter your latest password for your Gmail account, click Continue.
4.You will then be redirected to a page indicating the status of your account. Click on the Send Recovery Request link.
Note: If you don't see this link, your account has been permanently deleted from Google's database - you won't be able to restore it.
5.Completing the verification process - fill out all the required information. Several items will be required for Google to verify that you are the owner of the email account. Click on Submit to complete the process.
You should be able to land on this page if you have successfully submitted a request.
6. You should receive an email from Google stating the success of your recovery request. You should be linked to activate your account and set a new password. This may take some time, so don't worry if you don't receive the email right away.
